This morning just before 10:30, Rescue 4 was sent to East Pittsburgh on the second alarm at an apartment fire. R-4 performed RIT responsibilities on the C and D sides of the building by placing additional ground ladders and forcing entry to gain additional access to the interior. Crews were on scene for approximately 90 minutes.
