Company 4 was initially dispatched into the Renton section of Plum as the RIT for a possible house explosion with multiple victims trapped. Engine 41 was already on the air and responded to the incident on Rustic Ridge Drive. E-41 arrived as the 3rd due engine and secured an additional water source to operate several handlines for extinguishment and exposure protection. E-41 operated for over 6 hours on scene assisting with suppression efforts. Our thoughts and fervent prayers are with the Plum Community as they deal with this devastating loss. News Story
