Companies responded to several incidents at once on Good Friday. After a brief power outage at the firehouse Units were dispatched to several fire alarms at once. As Engine 42 was leaving the station, several citizens were frantically pulling onto the front apron of the firehouse. The concerned citizens were able to get the attention of additional station personnel and reported a large brush fire down the road a ways. Engine 41 responded to this incident and found a large, wind swept brush fire on a hillside caused by a downed power line. Engines 51 and 62 handled the fire alarms while E-42 diverted to assist E-41. Eventually, E-51, E-62 and Tanker 5 also worked the brush fire.
