Companies were dispatched just before noon today for an automatic fire alarm in one of the many apartment complexes within the first due. While enroute, units were updated that the battery of a massaging unit had exploded and was on fire. Engine 41 arrived and found the fire to be extinguished, but a moderate smoke condition still remained. No extension was found and the smoke was evacuated.
