3 Reported Commercial Fires in less than 4 Hours

Company 4 completed the ‘trifecta’ today as three different units were dispatched to three different reported commercial fires. Around 08:30 Rescue 4 was dispatched as the Rapid Intervention Team to a reported office building on fire in Turtle Creek. First arriving Engine Company reported smoke inside due to a light ballast.  Around 09:45 Truck 4 was dispatched into Wilkins for a report of smoke filling a Starbuck’s Café. Units on scene handled an electrical issue before returning in service. Then just after Noon Engine 42 was dispatched to an apartment fire within the first due. Upon investigation E-42 handled a small stovetop fire and evacuated smoke.
