Just after Noon today Rescue 4 was requested into Plum to assist with a vehicle that smashed into an occupied dentist office. No injuries occurred, however severe structural damage was caused to the building. After the building was evacuated, Rescue units from Plum, Monroeville and Sardis initially used Paratech shores to prevent further collapse until a cutting station was in place and adequate lumber arrived. 3 vertical “T-Spot” shores were constructed and erected so the Paratechs could be removed.
