The Officers and Members of Monroeville Volunteer Fire Co. No. 4 would like to wish everyone a healthy and Happy New Year! As we close the books on 2017 we say goodbye to our busiest year ever. With 836 fire/rescue responses and 3,904 EMS responses, our dedicated staff and volunteers answered 4,740 dispatches over the past year. That’s an average of 13 calls handled each and every day/night/Holiday, out of Station #4. Our volunteers logged over 4,462 personnel hours on these fire and rescue incidents. They also put in over 2,304 personnel hours in training and over 573 personnel hours on Community details. In all, our Members spent over 7,340 personnel hours volunteering to our Organization keeping your local fire station up and running answering calls 24 hours of every single day of the year! We hope that your 2018 outshines your 2017.
